…to reconcile the pleasure of daily quick and easy cooking, combining gastronomy and health foods.
The idea of theses courses is to share my recipes of-the-moment and the culinary tricks of my favourites…
…by favouring the ingredients that preserves both the planet and our health,
…by cooking in a different way; steam cooking, braising…

You will find in the course of my courses recipes that are prepared so that they are healthy and organic and tasty.

COOKING WORKSHOP
The sequence of each workshop:
Duration: 3 hours

Presentation of the chosen theme and some dietetic basics about the nutritional interes of the foods and the culinary techniques used.

The participants will cook the recipes with organic foods.
Each workshop ends with a convivial meal, and tasting the dishes cooked, while exchanging around the chosen theme for the workshop.

Why an organic cooking workshop?
“organic cooking” is not only about using ingredients that are labelled “issued from organic farming”, at least, not as I understand it.
Through a vast choice of specific ingredients, I want to favour:
•    A cooking that promotes various vegetables and that honours all the cereals, the legumes, which is a sensible choice for the environment as for our health.
•    A special care is given to the quality of the products and to their freshness, especially to the seasonal fruits and vegetables that are grown locally and favouring biodiversity.
•    A special care is also given to the cooking of theses ingredients, through mild cooking, choosing the right oil, and of unrefined sugar.
•    A framework where jaunty and exiting experiments.

Carole de Thoury - Bogrand, mère de deux enfants, est certifiée en Naturopathie et Animatrice en cuisine diététique certifiée Nouvelle Cuisine Familiale par Brigitte Fichaux, diététicienne.

Après avoir développé des magasins en Franchise dans l’Ouest de la Bretagne, avec son mari Chistophe et leurs enfants ils partent à l’aventure au Brésil, loin de toute civilisation, puis aux Bahamas, avec leur bateau à voile. Carole se passionne alors pour l’alimentation énergétique, la bio diversité et un certain respect des éléments naturels et vivants.
Avec son mari Chistophe, ils gèrent au quotidien l’ensemble du Domaine du Launay, ses 170 hectares, ses chemins gallo-romains et ses 26 chevaux et poneys.
Elle organise et anime désormais des stages de bien-être, des Ateliers de Cuisine « bon, bio et beau » tout au long de l’année pour des hôtes venant de tous horizons, souhaitant découvrir et partager sa philosophie, son goût du bonheur simple et naturel, en toute convivialité.
